Sounds like you need a better attorney. It is against the law to deny visitation to a parent who has visitation rights.

If there is a court order that says that you have visitation rights, then there can be a contempt of court filed against him. If, however, you do not have visitation rights, then the courts have deemed it necessary, for the sake of your children, not to allow them to see you.
If you have gone to court 6 times and cannot resolve the problem, then you surely do not have visitation rights and are trying to get them. I do not believe any judge that would not file a contempt of court over this. Judges take the welfare of children very seriously, at least I am hoping they do.

if the court order says you can get the kids every other weekend then she is breaking court orders and can be held for attempt of court for not obeying the rules the judge stated. i would consider taking that up in court you have the grounds and the rights to see your children if you have not been a bad parent. talk to your lawyer about this

He is in contempt of court, I can not believe a Judge would allow it to continue. If you have the court order, see if your township will allow you to go with a police escort to get them. If he violates that order, he can be arrested on the spot. If you have been to court six times and he still has full custody of the children and nothing has been done, then that makes me think there is more here that has not been told...

file for contempt. he/she is not obeying a court order, a custody ORDER.... you could try to call the police and explain that you have a court order that isn't being obeyed (make sure you have proof that the child IS your child, i.e. birth cirtificate or at the least YOUR identification just in case) usually though, the police try to stay away from custory.

You should be able to take your ex to court for violating court -ordered visitation. Whoever is representing you needs to file a Motion.

Perhaps there may be a reason why he won't let you see them. Are you a danger to yourself, and if so, your children? Mental problems, drug addictions, irresponsible, etc? If so, try to clean up your act to prove to him that you are a good mother. Because it is obvious that if the courts say you have mandated days to see them, then there is something about you that needs to be fixed.
