The last three albums I got were Snow Patrol - Eyes Open, The Frays - How to Save A Life (love love love) and Wheat - Per Second, Per Second...
Don't know if they will all be your taste, but try those other two out.

Ugh, I once heard someone compare Snow Patrol to Coldplay...what an insult to Snow Patrol. Sorry this isn't much help and if I insulted any Coldplay fans.
