best place and most likely the cheapest is Wal-Mart. they have every color you could think of and it's farely cheap buying it by the yard i think it's between 2-5 bux a yard

You're looking for the fiberglass mat, correct? Poly fleece would be the fluffy stuff your Land's End coat is made from.
This is readily available at specialty auto body and paint stores in bulk, but can even be purchased in small amounts at shops like Walmart or Pep Boys. Just look in the section that has auto paint, bondo, etc.

you might try a plastic store like Tap plastics or you can go to an automotive paint supply.. either of these should have what youre looking for..
