I do not have the original box, just going by a sticker on the back of one piece of tile. The tiles are stamped "Made in Italy". Similar greenish tiles I have are stickered "Europa Trieste", but I need the beige ones.

If you think the tile was originally purchased at Lowe's, go there first. They often have pieces or can call around to other stores to see if they can ship them in. They may help you track down the original vender of the tile.
