Same goes for the Devil Rays. The Brewers haven't had a record above .500 for the past 14 seasons. The Devil Rays have never had a winning season. Can't MLB do without these two teams?

the Brewers have been around for since 1970 and have only one 1 playoff series within that time the Blue Jays and Marline have entered the league and each won 2 world series the Diamondback have enter and won a world series the Red sox won a world series (throw that out for all the red sox fans). And since they can't put a team on the field and the league is to big I say remove them and have the their players divided up among the lower teams.

It will never happen...the D-Rays may move to another town, but they will not get rid of a team that isn't losing money. Neither of those teams are losing money each year, so why get rid of them? Besides, Milwaukee is (or was) owned by Bud Selig's family.

Tampa Bay, while far behind the Marlins & Diamondbacks, are still relatively new to the league. But even if they are under .500 for the next 30 years, I doubt MLB will get rid of them. If you get rid of them, that is just a dozen more games against the same team...so rather than the 19 times the Yankees play the Sox each year...they will probably have to play them 25 times.

No matter what the record, each team serves it's purpose to the league.

The brewers have been around for too long for them to be removed. Devil Rays just need some time.

if you look at the Devil Rays outfield, they got Delmon YOung, Rocco Baldelli, and Carl Crawford. This team has a great outfield for the next ten years

not after they just got a new stadium, they need better managment. There team needs to spend a little more or develop there players quicker. They have a decent team now but still can't compete against the cardinals.
