You could be, but...all of those symptoms could also be P.M.S...and if you are, it is WAY too soon to be getting a pooch. The over the counter tests are very accurate...some even can detect the pregnancy hormone a few days before you period is due.
Good Luck

It is too soon to get those symptoms if it was only one week. You will not show if it is your first until the 4th month. Sore breast can be an indication that you have developed fibroid cysts and what bugs it worse is caffiene which also causes you to retain water weight and bloat. The emotions could be the start of PMS symptoms which bloating and sore breast can also be signs of.
If you had sex unprotected then you could be and even protected it isn't a 100 percent guarantee.
Also, stressing over it can prevent you from starting your period so give it time and stop all the fretting.
Remember that if you do miss your period that over the counter pregnancy test are not accurate until 9 days after your first missed period. Only a doctor can test sooner and get a accurate test before that.

I only had AF type cramps with no AF and that was at about a week after conception, no sore bb's or anything else except maybe being a little tired. I got a positive pregnancy test two days before my period was due. Which was 13 days after conception. So wait a little longer and test and if no keep testing every 3 days or 4 til AF comes or not. Or go for a blood test which I don't recommend cause they are expensive and insurance won't cover them unless they are doctor ordered⥠Good Luck to you â¥

If you had your period 10-11 days ago, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. The only time it is even possible to get pregnant is in the 3-4 day window prior to ovulation. Ovulation generally occurs 12 + days after the first day of your period. You will not be able to tell if you are pregnant until you miss your next period.
Without knowing exactly what days you had sex, exactly what day you started your last period, and exactly what day you ovulated, it's practically impossible to tell if you are pregnant. With the limited information you've provided, I'd say it's highly unlikely. However, if your period is due in the next couple of weeks and doesn't show up on time, it's time to take a test.

You could be ovulating. The pains are often referred to as Mittelschmerz pains. They almost always accompany ovulation. Most women only get them some of the time.
Another possibility, though, is that your last "period" was not a period at all, but just some implantation bleeding. Many women who are pregnant often miscalculate their last period because the implanting of the embryo into the uterus can cause some mild pain and bleeding.
All of my predecessors who suggested you get a pregnancy test and check with you doctor give very wise advice. Please do so.

It is unlikely the pooch in your tummy and the sore breasts are because you are pregnant as that doesn't happen for weeks to months later.
You may be PMS'ing. Good luck
