Are you kidding! I live in the Metropolitan New Orleans area. Why would I give it to the police to spend. I would rather spend it myself.

Nope, because it could belong to ANYBODY! It's too random that if they tried to find the person who lost it, everybody would show up. So in this case, finders keepers!
