Physically I don't think you will loose strength, but I will give you some advice I heard from my son who was the State Football MVP, he said, "Girls will mess up your edge!" I know what he meant, and that is being involved with girls will cause your mind to be somewhere else and not focusing on your sport. Take it from a Mom who has seen this work in her son's life, He was an awesome athlete, and save sex for when he was married. Which is where it belongs.

Put it this way: Several years back the coach of the Italian World Cup Soccer Team forbid his players from having sex during the World Cup tournament. They didn't even make the sixteen that year. So the next year he lifted the ban and they took the cup. How's THAT for a testimonial for the positive benefits of sex on an athlete?
