Has defendant UBS filed an appeal of the 29 million dollar verdict against it in Zubulake v. UBS?

I'm not a lawyer. I did make an extensive search for an appeal on this case, but have not found one. Neither did I find that UBS has paid the judgment. So, I guess it's still a jump ball at this time.
