Give her lots of water, she's dehydrated. Also, put a little Vaseline on her lips lightly.

Her skin is dehydrated. Take her to the doctor or get her a mild lotion to moisterize her skin so it stops peeling.

Take her to the doctor immediately. I do not think that is healthy and there has to be reason for it!

it is normal. just get some aquaphor bath wash and lotion it works. or you can use petroleum jelly on her lips and skin.

Have you talked to her doctor? Is she peeing enough. If not she may be dehydrated.
