How easy is it to land a Medical Transcriptionist job?

I'm thinking of signing on with Penn Foster to get a diploma in Medical Transcription. Please share any advise.

It is pretty easy to land an MT job, once you've had some education or experience. Companies are always looking for help; www.MTDaily.com is a site that lists many jobs and the requirements for each and how to apply.

you have to be able to spell good, even the big words. most transcription is now by machines and computer
