I am opening a new business and I am looking in the mall for a store front or kiosk. Does anyone know how much the going rate is for something like this?

I priced 1500 per month in Rochester NY that is just for the 10 by 10 island. This does not include electric and anything else that is needed. You can rent an island stand if you do not have your own "cart"
It all has to do with location.
I also priced a store front in a well populated plaza and they were asking 7500 per month and a 5 year lease

Depends on the location but usually at least $1,200/month and up.
