According to Bush all the countries are terrorist besides US.

Any government that gives aid and comfort to terrorists is complicit in any actions those terrorists may ultimately commit, as we saw in Afghanistan and Iraq
Unfortunately, these countries are not free, so the people of places like Cuba or Iran or even China cannot be held responsible for the actions of their dictatorial governments. The only globally responsible thing to do is for no democratic country to have any dealings with dictatorships, force them out of business any way possible, and under no circumstances should they even be allowed to join the United Nations, a supposed democratic organization.

if they are a terrorist nation (which im not sure i believe), then they could be a big threat, since they are so close!
