I am a very strong person and I can't control my strength. I and up hurting people accidentally. Im afraid if I go on a power trip, I'll throw someone across a room.

Why do you fear going on a power trip?
I am 6' 4" (just under 2 metres) tall, and spend a good 10hrs a week in the gym. Often at house parties after a few (dozen?) beers I might get in a bit of a play scrap with some friends, but then they know the risks when they throw down...
I can't see a situation where I'd lose my temper to the degree where I'd cause someone serious physical harm.
This sounds more like an anger issue with you, size doesn't really matter, you're either a violent/dangerous person or not.
Are you on Steroids? The increase in testosterone often leads people into more aggressive moods.

Are you talking about strength or temper. Realizing a possible problem is half the battle. The world is full of very strong people, and luckily most develop self-control. Learn what might set you off, and develop techniques to help you control yourself.

depends who you throw across the room but neways before you jump on the power trip take 2 deep breaths and then go from there:)
