One solution is to attempt to change your meds to confront these new symptoms.

Another solution is to rid yourself of much of your frustration by starting anew in a different city and a new set of friends. If your current environment has become too claustrophobic, the only solution may be to retreat to another environment.

I'm not saying to cut and run. I'm saying that you may need to gain more control over your environment by seeking a new venue.

Hi...I have the same thing and I am 55. I think I suffered from this since I was 10 years old! I feel like you do all the time and take Zoloft. I also have ADD and an anxioty problem along with this all and was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia too. So I am having a rough time of it also.
What you are feeling are all signs of depression. Are you on medication for this? If not, you need to be taking something. It will help you deal those feelings, but they never really go totally away. I am always thinking people don't like me, or they think I am different than they are, or that I will say something stupid and be laughed at.
I think a lot of this relates to my childhood of being teased a lot, especially from my two older brothers. My dad used to call me stupid a lot also. Now my husband does that at times also and I just off the wall when he does.
I hope you are getting some kind of help or counseling and have a good doctor to help you along with this.
If not, do it now before it gets worse and the suicidal thoughts start taking over! It is so hard to live with this and people that do not suffer from it do not understand us. It is usually an inherited disease. I also have a 36 year old son that is bipolar and still lives with us and I feel guilty all the time that he is that way because of me even though the doctor's tell me it is not my fault.
I don't know about you, but I have always had two dogs and believe me, if it was not for them, I think I would have been in real trouble. When I am feeling real bad, I talk to them because I know they don't judge me and will love me no matter what and that they need me around to take care of them and they depend on me everyday.
I love animals, music, and doing crafts. I am a flutist also and that was my out as a child when I was feeling bad. I would just play my flute. Now I do my crafts or go on the computer for comfort.
I hope this helps you out some, and I wish you all the best. There is help out there for you so please seek it.
Sincerely,
Barbara

Depression can lead to low self esteem which will make you feel like no one likes you or they are rude to you. Do you take meds for this? If so have you been taking them regularly? If not you should be reevaluated so they can judge whether you need to be on an inhibitor. Your body chemistry changes alot between13 and 22. And let's face it we live in a rude world. A good many people out there are rude.

Go back to the doctor that you have been seeing for depression and ask him. I think it may be paranoia.
