I'd have to say Natalie Portman.
She's always poised, classy & elegant.
A great talent, she shaved her head for her role in, "V for Vendetta" which goes to show she's not bothered or self-absorbed on her beauty.
The fact that she's not just easy on the eyes but a scholar just adds to her appeal^_^

Scarlett Johanson is really pretty but I think Evangeline Lilly and Jessica Alba are beautiful too. They're all smiley and they seem really happy and at ease with themseves. I think thats what makes a person more attractive. I cant stand seeing celebrities pouting and posing the way Paris Hilton does. it's so fake and pathetic

Scarlett Johannson is naturally pretty without make-up on and she loves her hour-glass figure and her curves. She does starve herself to be a size 0.

I love Evangelline Lily from Lost. She's not all that popular but whenever I see a picture of her she looks so naturally gorgeous, like she's just fresh off the island. She seems like a real down to earth, hangs out in a hoodie and pajama pants yet still looks great kind of girl. And I have never ever seen her in a bad outfit.

Hmmm... Are we talking pure looks only or attitude in general?
For looks only, I have to say:
Tiffany Mynx, Mariah Carey, Jessica Alba are amongst the first names that pop into my head.
For attitude, that's a whole different story, because Tiffany's not a public personality, Mariah's a "diva" (for not using the B word), and Jessica, well... the world sort of freezes over and pauses as I am hypnotized by those lips....

I would say that Mandy Moore is the prettiest celebrity. I think she is outwardly beautiful. However, she seems so down to earth and sincere that you can't help but like her without even knowing her!
Another one that comes to mind is Reese Witherspoon. She is a mom, first and foremost, and that makes her even prettier than she already is!!
