I went under this overpass that had his name on it that said Clarence 15 feet.

How can I face my fear of him?

you should only be afraid of Clarence if you are 16 feet. Then be afraid, be very afraid.

I get confused about that whole over an underpass or under an overpass thing, but anyway...
You will probably not be noticed by Clarence at all unless you are driving a truck that is as tall as he is, in which case you could confuse Clarence by letting the air out of your tires.
My own problem is that I always hurt my back doing the Speed Hump on residential streets.

Just hang your head low and make sure clarence doesn't make contact.

Sounds like he's a pretty big guy. Might want to bring some sort of weapon if you decide to face him.
