Have the Eagles suffered a more devastating loss in recent history (taking into account loss of Kearse during OT?) What should be done? Whose fault? Sure Reid made some bad play calls but he can't be blamed for Westbrook fumble, Giant fumble and recovery in end zone for Giant TD, etc... Thoughts?

We are only two games into the season, they can come back. They don't have what it takes to win it all, though. Kearse may be gone for the season, but he is just one player. It is not like he is as important as a QB. They will be okay.

I'm not an Eagles fan but I think that they can recover from this loss. Donovan McNabb is a great leader and also Andi Reid is a defense-oriented coach. I'm pretty sure he will figure out how to deal with the loss of kearse

Yes.First of all I do not blame Andy Reid for the loss-well maybe somewhat. I think that he should've gone to the air more in the second half. I do see his reasoning though. How about in the mid-eighties when Reggie White was traded to Green Bay? The defense still remained #1 for awhile. He may need to go into the free agent market to get a decent defensive end, but I think they will rebound for now. As far as running the ball he thought it just might work as in the first half.

last years loss to the cowboys when McNabb got hurt for the season was more devastating. we didnt recover from that, but we can recover from this one. the loss of Kearse hurts a lot, no doubt, but i'm confident in McDougle. i think we can bounce back and still make the playoffs, we just cant afford anymore key injuries.

properly, i'm stoked that the Phils are doing lots greater effective and that i mentioned on the commencing up of the Brewers series that this grew to become right into a key series and we swept them!! i do no longer think of the Mets are commencing as much as choke, i do no longer think of they are going to choke in any respect. i think of it is going to come right down to the twine. i think of if we're not NL East Champs then we are going to be NL Wild Card winners. It form of somewhat labored out that the Phils are not enjoying this evening b/c then they do no longer intervene with the Eagles pastime. i think of it will be an fairly stable pastime. i'm super excited for it. can no longer wait..3 greater hours!! i've got self belief a win drawing near.

The season is over. Either cheer for another team or stop watching football.
