Buy a walkman-Put it on full volume-continue your work-whenever you see him yawn, imitate him(only , make it ten decibels higher)
(or)
Get a digital camera, take pics of him in action , and put it up in your cubicle/make it your computer wallpaper/ on the wall in the men's room!!
p.s. you just misht get the award for National Geographic Best Picture of the week-a yawn infull bloom ^_^

You are making me laugh. Maybe try playing a music CD on your computer and drown him out. Make jokes with him and ask him if he's trying to wake the dead or right after he yawns, tell him you're scared, you thought you heard a lion roaring. Or pull him aside and tell him in a secretive way that sometimes when he yawns so loudly, you see some of the ladies snickering at him. I think my last suggestion might be more effective. Avoid throwing office supplies in his mouth else he might choke and end up suing you or trying to get you fired. I'm cracking up now.

If u feel so disturbing and there no choice to do anything just inform you superviser or manager..He might take action..I know this is very rude, annoying..
