TV is broadcast with 3 different soundtracks. 1 is mono - for the old TVs that had poor sound, 2 is stereo - as stereo sound developed, they to broadcast in both mono for old TVs and Stereo for New TVs. They added a 3rd sound channel for the future and is now used to broadcast a show dubbed in a second language. Hitting the SAP button changes the soundtrack.
