I treated my man like an asshole cuz I didn't know how to express my feelings. Now I understand that it is not a way to express feelings. All I can say is if she is still in your life try and make a go of it or you might regret it.

Its just a matter of current fashion. Women used to depend on men for protection and support. There must be a sort folk memory of how they were treated then, which was probably badly in lots of cases.
The result is that these days its OK for women to treat men with utmost contempt while men must treat them with utmost respect.
Perhaps it will come more into balance somewhere down the line.

Same reason we treat them like sh*t. Answer we dont but some do, sadly people remember the bad things that happen to them and generalise that everyone like that is the same ie all muslims are terrorists. Wrong less than 1% are but the rest get a bad rep for it. Its called human nature.

i cant answer for all women but i know the guy i live with is sometimes a complete plonker and i feel i need to talk to him like a child he will then say i am being awful to him if you feel that this personis treating you bad then you aint with the right one forget about her and find somebody else hope it help.xxxxxxxxxx
