Is it in the middle or on the side that you ovulated?

Well, it is hard to tell implantation from ovulation, other than the fact that they are spaced a few days apart. For me, ovulation felt like a crampy feeling just in one spot about 3-4 inches south of my belly button and a few inches to the right or left of middle. Implantation pain is a little farther down, closer to menstrual cramps, but fairly faint and not lasting longer than a few hours. For me it was slightly on the side, but not very much so.

Hope this helps!

When you conceive, you get a sort of cyst. It will go away, but can be painful. I think the pain can be anywhere. Mine was on the side and it truly felt like I was being stabbed. I would wake up screaming and thought something was terribly wrong. It wasn't and I have a perfect baby girl!
