You can try applying ice cubes for a short period before tweezing, or topical painkillers like Orajel. Hormones can affect your pain tolerance so be mindful of what time of month you tweeze. Waxing can could be an answer for you since it takes a lot more hair at a time and therefore not as prolonged (but not necessarily less painful). Try taking an ibuprofen or Tylenol before tweezing as well. Finally, be sure to use a good pair of sharp tweezers. Tweezerman is good, or the Rubis brand.

Put ice cubes on your brows to numb them a little before tweezing. Always tweeze in the direction the hair grows. That's all I do to minimize the pain.

Numb the area up with ice before you start to tweeze. When you are actually tweezing, squint as you pull the hair out.

Get a wax. Its faster and less painful instead of tweezing one hair at a time.

Here's what you do.
1-Wash your face in hot water (or steam your face if you have time). This opens up your pores. Many suggested ice cubes. Well that won't help. Cold water tightens pores. That is why most dermo's tell you to rinse your face with cold water, it tightens your pores on your face.
2-Okay, next, take rubbing alcohol and rub over your brows, once you have washed face with very warm to hot water.
3-begin tweezing and tweeze hairs with the growth, not against.
And voila, there you go!

Take ibuprofen before your shower. Keep Orajel in the bathroom, dab a little on as soon as you are dry out of the shower, while your pores are still open and the hair will come out easier. Pull in the direction of growth. Use ice afterward to help minimize swelling and redness.

I use a local anthestic like ambsol or some sort, and then tweeze away. It may seem wierd, but everything has more than one function.
