Do you believe once they arrive at a certain age they are just set in their ways? Personally I believe change is possible at any age!!!!

People can change whenever they really want to, no matter the age.

90% of human character is defined by genetics, 10% is learned and most of it at a very young age, later changes are superficial or were within the genetic make up, waiting to appear.

I think real change in a person is very rare. I do think that when we see successful change, it happens over time, slowly and we call it growth.
