get a new boyfriend. I would not have a violent person around my kids!!!

If you're that upset about it, perhaps it is time for you and the kids to get off the computer for a few weeks and experience real life, with real people.

The others here describing him as violent, or potentially violent, over some silly nonsense like this, truly need to see a psychiatrist.

Of course, that psychiatrist would probably just tell them to release their aggressions (in their case, towards men) by beating on pillows and other inanimate objects. In his case (the boyfriend), his aggressions seems limited solely to the computer (an inanimate object).

Maybe you should play with him a little instead of playing on the keyboard. He's probably bored to death and needs a little TLC from his honey. He is probably saying it out of frustration and most likely, wouldn't smash the computer. So give your man some good ole fashioned loving, and then you can get back to Q&A on Yahoooooooooooo!

I would say that is a smashing idea. Why does he want to smash an innocent object? What did the computer do to him?

Just explain to him that smashing up the computer would prevent you from going on to Yahoo! Anwers. He will understand.

Or is that the problem. You're spending so much time on the computer you're not giving him enough time. That could mean he doesn't mean all that much to you, so dump him.

Call up any relatives, preferrably your mother and father, then get yourself and the kids out of these. Such violent behaviour is not natural or healthy and is a very bad sign. Don't even try to reason with him, just get out of there as soon as you can. Preferrably do it while he is out or asleep. It may be hard on you and your kids, but it is obvious from this that your partner is a very unstable person. Don't wait a second longer.

firstly tell him not to be so stupid, it'd be much better to sell it if he was going to get rid of it at all!

secondly tell him if he smashes it up when the kids are asleep then that will probably wake them up and HE can then put them back to bed!!!

Of course you could try tying him to a chair or something so he can't.

Let him. We all spend way too much time on here. If he smashes it you can go out more and enjoy life. I'm thinking of smashing mine soon.

Ditch the Boyfriend

Women are quick to say leave. Why are you dating on the internet. Maybe he wants time that you spend on the computer to be with him. Maybe it is your fault. Or maybe he is controlling and wants to cut you off from the world. Do you have real friends outside of the computer?
