The heart is located inside the thoratic cavity (the cavity surrounded by the rib cage) which is above the diaphragm, so is definately not inferior to the diaphragm. False

false - the heart lies inferior to the sternum. the dipahragm is located below the lungs, and since the heart lies between them the the heart is above it, rather than behind it.
