That's like asking which hurts more - getting kicked in the nuts or child birth - no one person will ever know how both of those things feel.

No they are not the same. I feel much different when I orgasm than when my wife does. For some reason I just don't feel as much when she does......hmmm. I asked this question and she said she feels more when she orgasms than when I do. So maybe it depends on who's match is getting struck.

That's a question no one can probably answer. There both similar in some ways I'm sure but the experience may be quite different. Sometimes it makes you cry because of such release and euphoria, sometimes it makes you laugh because it just felt to darn fantastic and it could almost make you just glad it's over because it took so da** long to get there.

The official answer is most deffinatly not.
To keep things short and sweet, men's orgasms appear to be consistently similar from one to the other, whereas women are capable of experiencing different types of orgasms, such as vaginal, clitorial, G-spot, and even an*l orgasms!
Cheers!

No, the physiological changes that occur are quite different in the two sexes. Women experience a different build up, plateau and return than men do.

I'd guess no, b/c of the anatomical differences. However, all of us will only knows what it feels like for our own sex (female or male), so can't really compare!
