Has todays society bred a culture that supports destruction and tures its bad on achievement? If you have any refrences for your answer that would be good.

Unfortunately, I think the problem is that history taught to children, especially that of the revered empires (Greeks, Romans, Persians, British, American and even, to some extent, that of Mansu Musa) often supports the "achievement" of destroying other societies.

In other words, today's society can't take all the blame. If history says taking without paying is the best move you can make, it's a lot harder to teach the kids it's wrong.
