Icons favorites, view are hidden, how do I get them back?

Icons on my toolbar is hidden and I can't find them. What do I need to do to get icons favorites, view, tools, etc showing on my toolbar?

If you can see the toolbar with the word "View" on it, select View
Select Toolbars
You can check/uncheck all the other toolbars from there
(You are probably missing "standard")
