He has 3yrs. of experience in marketing in Himachal.He is not satisfied by his salary and the kind of work. He applies for other jobs but it does not click. He gets frustated for the same. I keep guding him . If someone can help me more , I would be really greatful.

He has done M.P.B.A (Masters programming in business adminstration)from Bhartiya Vidya Peeth Pune.It took him time to find a job because he had some Back problem for which he had to be operated ,all this delayed his process of settling down so he is behind in his exp erience. He is working as marketing representive but there is too much labor and the reward is less. I keep encouraging him to keep up his spirits as he is my only brother. Rest I know his life and his decisions are on his hands. Still if there is any good idea then I will certainly forwar to him.

It seems as though it is your brother who needs guidance, not you. I mean, it is his life, his decision. How do you fit into the picture? Are you his keeper? Since all your guidance has not yet worked, maybe he ought to seek advice elsewhere.

I worked as a Machinist for over 20 years and I hated it. I found God and then God led me to a job that I really like. The pay was less than half, but the money streched so much more because I did not have to chase after happiness by buying things. God was my source of joy and when I run low, God supplies my needs according to His riches and glory. Praise God! My advice to your brother is to accept Jesus as his Savior and Lord, then God will lead him to find a job that is something that he will enjoy. ok best options would be too post your brothers resumae on monster.co. naukri.com and other job sites
alternatively he can go to mumbai or any other city and work as a call centre agent like for eserve etc.
and tell him the only thing constant in life is change and therefore not to get frustrated

Well, tell your brother to find what he likes best in what he wants to do in life and keep at it...Sure its a hard road and will be worth the hard work...If he makes enough money he could save up the money and open his own shop and then he would be the boss over them... Tell him that hard work and determation is the best way to success...Never to give up or to give up on his dreams either...Tell him to Dream High and Dream Big...Nothing wrong with that...I hope that this helps
