False dilemna. You assume it is an either-or situation when it is a *Both-And*.

To put it in really short terms: Mr.Bush has an Ego. He's also been addicted to alcohol and cocaine, and has *admitted* on national television that he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. These can both be considered consequences of his merely being a pampered son of a wealthy, politically connected family, or they can be construed as something more malicious, take it as you will.

But I digress. Point is, Mr. G.W. Bush has an Ego, and isn't smart enough to *execute* an Agenda on his own....so he does what Reagan did, he *delegates* and defers to the judgement of others, to a fault. And among those others, is one Dick Cheney.

*Cheney* is the one with an Agenda. Go back to the archives of the _Wall Street Journal_, and read *carefully* the September, October and November 2000 articles that describe in detail both Bush's and Cheney's prior resumes, work experience, and business partners. Really. The data is out there, right under people's noses, and it isn't like the _Wall Street Journal_ is this big "left-wing rag" now is it? ;)

Okay here's the thing with you Bush haters. You can't have it both ways. You can't suck and blow at the same time.

On one hand he's supposed to be succesfully forwarding this carefully crafted right-wing agenda through Washington DC politics which takes a high degree of intelligence to understand let alone manipulate; on the other hand he's a moron.

So which is it. Is he actually besting some of America's best and brightest political lights including John Edwards, Barak Obama, Ted Kennedy and Hilary Clinton, or is he a moron.
