No. sperm are produced in the testicles and then they move up to the epididymus and stored until they are ejaculated. Fluids from the seminal vesicles, prostate, and cowpers gland make up the semen and those fluids are stored in those glands. Up on arrousal all those glands start to secret their fluids and when you ejaculate all those fluids mix in the urethra with the sperm and are shot out during ejaculation. Testicles secrete testosterone and make sperm.

People, people! Semen, not seman, and prostate, not prostrate!
The testes manufacture sperm. During ejaculation, they are transferred through the epididymis to the vas deferens. The sperm are then mixed with fluid from the seminal vesicles, and from the prostate - this combined fluid comprises most of the ejaculate, while the sperm is a smaller portion. The vas deferens acts like a pump, pushing the fluid containing the sperm out of the penis during an ejaculation.

No, it is stored in a separate place. Semen is from the prostrate. Sperm comes from the testicles, it is a very small ammount. If you get a vasectomy, no one can tell without a microscope examination of the sample. The foll feeling is because of increased blood flow when aroused.
