how do you deal with it
i hate it 'cause it makes me long for something i can't have
thanks

i know exactly how you feel. i deal with this everyday. not only do you have these things to deal with, i have to see her every other day to pick up my daughter. i can ride down the road and hear a song that has absolutely nothing to do with us but it will be about a relationship and then the pain hits again. only time will heal this and help you deal with your feelings. i know where you are coming from because i am there now. all i can tell you is hang out with friends and family and lean on them when you need someone to talk to and eventually time will heal your wounds.

wow - i hope i'm over him 2 years from now - it's only been a few months and when i hear a song that reminds me of us, i have to change the station - sometimes it's too painful to listen - i think you need to get out more - you just wasted about 2 years of your life on something you can't have.

A person falls in love more than once in there life time. The times in between can be hard and forgetting is inevitable, but the person you stay with in the end is the one you're meant to be with.

I still have that feeling for my ex. It's not about still wanting him, for me its about remembering how i felt then with him and what we had...obviously we broke up for reason...I remember it everyday and it makes me greatful I am where I am now...Somepeople, just always feel that way about someone else. It's not something to stress about. Remember the good times and then remember why it didn't work.

I just remember the last time I saw her when she had gained about 100 pounds and turn into a porker

Yeah but its starting to fade because each time that happens to me I immediately force myself to start thinking about the bad times. I remember all those nights that he hurt me so bad and that helps me to not hang on to something that I cant have.

yes..i think its normal to feel that way you start thinking about the what ifs. but things happen for a reason and if your not together than maybe you were meant to be with someone else.

I think you are right on target with that. You long for those lost feelings that you can't get back to.
