Well, "halal" is the term used to refer to meat that is OK for orthodox Muslims to eat---in other words, not "haram", forbidden. It's appropriately slaughtered (sorry, my references did not go into details) and free from blood. From what I understand, Muslims may eat Kosher-slaughtered meat if _halal_ butchered meat is not readily available.

Many observant Jews make a special blessing over a lot of different foods---bread, wine, fruits all come to mind---but I don't know if there is a specific one giving thanks for "the meat that comes from the animals of the earth" (or similar _berucha_, blessing). But considering that there's blessings to be said for just about every OTHER occasion, like first wearing of new clothes, safe return from a journey, seeing a rainbow or other wonderful sight....I wouldn't be surprised. So I don't know if that would qualify as "blessed meat" in your definition.

If you want more information on what constitutes "kosher", see the following website from the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America www.oukosher.org

i think meat is just meat. there is nothing like blessed meat.
but if you are referring to HALAL then this is a process of killing an animal slowly. it is performed in Islam. so its probably popular as blessed meat in Muslims.

HALAL MEANS TO EAT MEAT FROM AN ANIMAL WHOSE HEAD IS NOT COMPLETELY CHOPED OFF WITH ONE BLOW. BUT SLOWLY CUT IT OFF N LET THE BLOOD COME OUT. IT IS IN ISLAM AND ITS NT CALLED BLESSED MEAT IN ENGLISH
