Is "demoncrat" the latest insult word for people who vote for Democratic party candidates?
I don't know any Democrats who want to see our country fail. I don't know any Democrats who want to see capitalism fail.
I think the interests of the United States have suffered under the leadership of George Bush and the rubber-stamp Republican congress that has given him everything he asked for.
Our armed forces are weaker and less able to defend the nation. Our relationships with foreign nations have suffered and we no longer have the influence to ask favors and work cooperatively with other countries. It's all threats and bribes now.
We aren't any safer from terrorists. The agency that is supposed to help us recover from terrorist attacks (FEMA) has been underfunded and staffed with incompetent cronies instead of professionals.
The Bush administration has been very good for people who started out rich, very bad for people who work for a living, very bad for everyone who has to breathe the air and drink the water. Very very good for weapons companies and oil companies.
America used to stand for justice and freedom and human rights. Now we project an image of no-trial imprisonment, warrentless wiretapping, and torture. Why do Republicans imitate the most evil behaviors of the old communist USSR?

If by fail you mean why do we want to see poverty, illiteracy, racial division, ethnic hatred, religious intolerance, and the dominance of weapons over diplomacy fail, well, we don't have an excuse, we're just like that.

deep down it's a deep seeded esteem issue from early childhood possible coupled with some form of abuse. (see Roseanne bahr and repressed memories). They hate themselves and want to destroy the world around them for not protecting them from the horrors of capitalism, democracy and GW Bush.

They want a centralized government, where the government makes all the decisions, and the civilan has no say.
