looking 4 a good healthy diet for 30 yr old man

Have a 2,000 diet a day and you might want to exersice, as much as you can. start with one day on and one day off exersicing till you can just go everyday, will take a few weeks or months.

Water is very important. Limit condiments. Eat fresh foods for higher fiber content(25 - 30g a day). Eliminate fried foods. No sodas. Eat the foods with the highest carb content when you know you will have time to burn it off. (i.e. not close to bedtime)
