there are 52 weeks in one year. 2 months is 1/ 6 of a year, so there are 26/3 weeks in 2 months, which is just under 9 weeks.

the average year is roughly 365.25 days. It is divided in 12 months so each is 30.4 days long on average (though in reality they are 28, sometimes 29, 30, or 31 days long, as you well know). A week is 7 days. So your average month contains 4.35 weeks.
So for 2 months, on average, 8.70 weeks.

Making sure units cancell, we get
( 1/12 year/month ) * ( 365 days / year ) * ( 1 week / 7days ) ===== 4.345 weeks/month. Now mulitply by two to get
2*4.345 = 8.69 weeks in two months.
