IMOJOE gave me a negative feedback...said I was difficult to deal with...they never once responded to my 4 inquiries due to $131 of damaged goods I received.
BUYER BEWARE...I am too stubborn to give up and have my negative feedback removed...I am not going away until this matter is resolved or I drop dead.
MY REPUTATION IS ALL I HAVE AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE.
IMOJOE does not respond to my inquiries...they do not answer their phone, it rings until I get disconnected... Their Seller's ID evidently is not current because SquarTrade(I paid $29.95 for this incompetent service) is not able to get thru to them and EBay is giving me a true run around with Generic messages.
Any Advice on how to deal with these people, or share your rotten experience?

If you paid via paypal, contact them. They resolved and issue for me in 2 days that I had in dispute for 2 months with Ebay. I got a refund. Medoadepot still has negative feedback on me, but it is the only one on my account that is negative, so it will fade away quickly.

If you paid through PayPal or with a credit card, you can get the charges reversed. If you paid by check or money order, pursue them through your bank or money order issuer. Also, you may want to consider filing a suit against them in small claims court. You can get their contact information through eBay, if you don't already have it. I once had to track down a guy on the other side of the country, because he hadn't shipped my item almost a month after I paid. A simple phone call, with the offer to contact the police, got things moving.
