No, human beings are not fallen angels. However Chavez has had mental problems before as attested by his own people (see below). He is now seeing devils everywhere (like ahmadinejad, the other guy who uses Satan liberally to hide his mental problems). Both are probably one step away from a mental institution if they don't create chaos first.

Believe it or not YES. Him and other conservative rejects are evil by nature. The funny thing is is that these same conservatives with "christian values" were caught at a conservative get together renting out gay porno stars and doing pagan occult like rituals.
