It will not come out on its own. When items get stuck in your vagina, they usually get stuck behind your cervix where there is a pocket. It will not go any further. It needs to be removed asap to reduce your risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.
You can try to remove yourself by getting in fetal position and inserting fingers into your vagina, try to relax and reach in till you find your cervix (which feels like the tip of your nose). When you find your cervix, you reach behind that to locate the condom and subsequently pull it out. You can also try this while in a warm bath to help you relax or have a partner help you. If unsuccessful, see your gynecologist.
Don't be embarrassed. You would be surprised how often this happens...condoms, tampons and other objects. :)
If you develop a fever, sunburn like rash, nausea, vomitting, go to the ER right away because these could be signs of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Not always on its own, sometimes you have to go in and Take it out yourself, depending on how far it may be.
or If you cant reach or get it yourself and you require a little more help; perhaps you could have the person that put it there go in and get it (I'm mean Hey, its their fault too right?).
Whatever you do, Dont just leave it there, because it could cause problems.

It happens a lot actually. You need to get it out as soon as possible, otherwise you might get an infection. There is only so far it can go so if you're sure its there, try different positions until you reach it (wash your hands first).

I agree with those who said to reach up and pull it out. You're going to get an infection if it stays in there.
Besides, didn't you already ask this ? In the 'what can happen thread'?
Honey, I think maybe you need to not be having sex at all if you need to ask these sort of questions.
