Who sang the song 'Spinning Around' (not Kylie song)?

I think it was a big hit in the seventies and the singer was someone like Yvonne Elliman or Tina Charles.

Lyrics went... ( i think) spining and spinning and spinning around, i'm on a cloud.... i'm never coming down....

Jump 5 sang Spinning Around. Also a guy called Wesley Thomas sang a song with this title

I have a record of it from the '70s sung by Syreeta, wife of Stevie Wonder. Dead good.
