Assuming the car is a flat level surface and if you subjected a toy car to the following forces:-

1, Back to front directional force would roll the car forwards
2, Front to back directional force would roll the car backwards
3, Left to right directional force would move the car right, subject to the friction between the wheels and the surface it is sat upon.
4, Right to left directional force would move the car left, again subject to the friction between the wheels and the surface it is sat upon.
5, An upward force from beneath the car would cause it to rise and then no doubt fall under potential energy back to the surface once the force was released.

It would seem logical that you might also get any one or more of the above acting combination to move the car diagonally for example.

Hope this helps.

Accelerate or spin with small unbalanced forces.

And with relativistic unbalanced forces: increase in mass, experience time dilation or get a puncture.

speed up, slow down, change direction, change shape and I honestly can't think of a fifth - maybe store energy, as in a wind-up car.....
