What the heck is this supposed to mean?

We've got an issue in America. Too many good docs are getting out of business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country." --George W. Bush, Red Bluff, MO, September 6, 2004

Michelle,

You keep interpiting GWB as having the facipties to actually think!!! It is a physical impossibility to think, when one has no brain!!!

This may help..

George Bush meets with the Queen of England. He asks her, "Your Majesty, how do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips you can give to me?
"Well," says the Queen, "the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people."
GW frowns. "But how do I know the people around me are really intelligent?"
The Queen takes a sip of tea. "Oh, that's easy. You just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle." The Queen pushes a button on her intercom. "Please send Tony Blair in here, would you?"
Tony Blair walks into the room. "Yes, my Queen?" The Queen smiles.
"Answer me this, please, Tony. Your mother and father have a child. It is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?"
Without pausing for a moment, Tony Blair answers, "That would be me."
"Yes! Very good," says the Queen.
Bush goes back home to ask Vice President Cheney the same question.
" Answer this for me. Your mother and your father have a child. It's not your brother and it's not your sister. Who is it?"
"I'm not sure," says Cheney. "Let me get back to you on that one." Cheney goes to his advisors and asks every one, but none can give him an answer. Finally, he ends up in the men's room and recognizes Colin Powell's shoes in the next stall. Cheney shouts, "Colin! Can you answer this for me? Your mother and father have a child and it's not your brother or your sister. Who is it?"
Colin Powell yells back, "That's easy. It's me!"
Cheney smiles, and says, "Thanks!" Then, Cheney goes back to speak with Bush. "Say, I did some research and I have the answer to that riddle. It's Colin Powell."
Bush gets up, stomps over to Cheney, and angrily yells into his face, "No, you idiot! It's Tony Blair!"

Huggs and Kisses,,,,

I'll interpret this for you liberals out there that can't understand English.Since the Clinton administration, too many male OB-GYNs have turned gay and the female OB-GYNs have gone straight, therefore they can't practice their love with women. As a result, they quit.

Oh, he thinks. He thinks of the "talking points" he has memorized and how he can slip them in and sound like he is actually saying something. Then of course he will smirk.
If that fails, he will go to the ever-useful "9/11 terrorists, fight them over there".... so we won't fight HIM OVER HERE!
And the ever faithful Bush-Cultists obey without question any idiotic utterance as though he were actually his mentor Sun Yung Moon.

Scary how this man holds our fate with all the nations! I for one don't want someone I can drink a beer with and shake his hands. I want a leader who thinnks outside the box and not just about his own personal values.

That is a problem of Bush, but that is Bush's best thinking. He is limited like his base.

Had to go all the way back to 2004 for that one, huh?

If you had to speak publicly as much as the President, you'd make silly mistakes as well. Every politician has made slips of the tongue while speaking.
