1. Log in to mysql (command line)
2. GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO USERNAME@IP IDENTIFIED BY "PASSWORD";
3. FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
4. exit

OR

If you have a graphical application for mysql admin, just add a new user, specifying the host as the ip address. (probably phpmyadmin as well)

you need to edit the mysql.users file to allow a user name to access it from a different IP. If you do a list on that table (select * from mysql.users), and you have access to the table, you should be able to see the settings used right now for a given user name. All you will need to do is copy that and save it as a new record with the IP you want to allow. You may also have to poke a hole in your firewall to allow an external MySQL connection.

So, you will write own homestead page code with a sq. command, your DB username and password and a mysql_fetch_assoc to fetch the rows that matched. because of the fact your cyber web server interprets the code, there is not any way for a cyber web shopper to work out the code, consisting of your username and password. in spite of if, the relationship training is saved in sparkling textual content cloth on your cyber web server, so which you will ought to make constructive that throughout user-friendly terms authorized customers could have get admission to to those information.
