Its probably a cherry maple

What part of the country do you live in? What colors are on the leaves? What kind of bark does the tree have? What color are the clusters? You need to give more details if you want a reasonable answer without a photo.

Send photos of the leaves, clusters and of the entire tree to the agriculture department of your local university and ask nicely. You can also ask your state or county agriculture department.

You do not mention how tall this "tree" is -- could it possibly be a Maple-Leaf Virburnum? They grow to 6 feet, even though they are actually a shrub. Check the site below and see if this might be it.

It might be a mulberry but I can't say for sure.
