Period pains is a condition called Dysmenorrhoea. It either has a secondary cause or no cause. The natural prostaglandins at the os of the cervix provokes the contruction of the uteral muscles causing pain. If you dont have, thank heavens, dont wish for it. The secondary cause is when you get pelvic inflammatory disease. Its infection in the uterus, its considered a sexually transmitted disease.
Wish no more lady, i can bet you on that one

no you've probably are doing well in the hormone and blood chemistry catagory.

studies find and so did i that (my wife was a great study on this) that ... vitamin E, vitamin C, potassium are great for killing PMS and the pain that comes with it AND that evening primrose oil and melatonin help BIG time also with PMS and the pains that come with it along with water retention.

:D

whatever it is you're doing.. keep it up.

a well balanced diet and moderate exercise with proper hydration sure helps this along too.

keep your minerals up and that diet in good shape!

NO! Of course not! I never get pains at my period. Sure, I am not on cloud 9, but I don't get pains. Every organism is different. Your friends may all get pains, but that doesn't make you abnormal or anything, it makes you lucky.

You are so lucky!! I get horrible cramps, diarrhea, very bad back pain, bladder infections, and sometimes throw up every month during my period. I wouldn't worry about not having symptoms, just consider yourself lucky, cuz trust me it is no fun having all these problems every month.

If they get cramps, it means somethings wrong with them. Most women do not get cramps, it's just the commercials on TV that tell you they can relieve your 'suffering'. Cramps are real, they're just experienced by a small percentage of people.

what i know is that is normal...& having some pain is also normal...
pain is related to the release of some substances called prostaglandins....which will causes some constriction of the uterine muscles.....
