big deal to just stuff a rag into the cooler drain when we move it. The cap is missing and we are trying to move our fish to a new tank. Do you have these petty disagreements with your significant other?

First off, very creative way to grab attention.

Secondly, yes, it is perfectly normal to have petty fights with your partner. At some point, every couple must go through it. But, here is a wise saying my friend once told me, "A couple doesn't have to think alike, they just have to think together."

So, if your wife disagrees about stuffing a rag into the cooler drain, ask her if she has a better suggestion, or try to find another way yourself. Or, try to let her see your point and give it a quick try your way. Either way, as long as you are working together to get the project done, it's okay to think differently on how to do it. Good luck!

She obviously cares way more about the fish than you do. She's afraid the fish won't be comfortable during the move. Come on now, what woman wants her fish hurt? And you call it a petty disagreement . . .

cute way to get your question read!!!! yes it is normal to have petty arguments in a marriage! Just change the channel...really I mean just change the tone of your voice, and or even the subject and the argument usually disappears! It truly is a real JOB to stay happily married! But because it is a Job from God...we will try to make him proud of us won't we! By binding our tongues and being more loving toward one another!

If you want, you can stuff sausage in the cooler to keep it from leaking. This always works for me. Good luck my man......
