Raise front of vehicle off the ground. Drain engine oil (drain plug size, 16mm or 5/8). Drain antifreeze (19mm plastic nut or plastic wing type nut on lower left hand side of radiator). Position front wheels either FULLY to the left, or FULLY to the right (necessary to enable clearance to remove oil filter). Remove engine oil filter. Disconnect oil pressure sending unit connector on the bottom of the housing. Loosen clamp from lower rad hose connection to adapter, and carefully pry hose off adapter. Remove adapter (Four 10mm bolts). Clean off gasket surfaces on engine block and adapter (sandpaper works well for this). Supply and install new gasket (Ford base part number 6840). Reinstall components in reverse order. Install new oil filter (Ford part number FL-820-S). Refill engine with 5 liters of 5W30 of your preferred choice of engine oil. Refill cooling system at coolant recovery bottle located on the right (passenger) side of engne compartment with 50/50 mix of NEW green coolant and water (preferably distilled water). Start and run engine, until thermostat opens and refill system to proper level. Check underneath vehicle to verify your repair. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Since oil is the life blood of the engine, and is pumped under pressure through the oil filter housing, any leaks should be a reason for replacement of the housing, and not a repair.
