I love to sing and I believe I am fairly good at it, however I live in a town with little to no opportunity and I am constantly looking for beats to write songs to, opportunities to sing, etc..... Any suggestions on how I can get up with some people or something that can help me?

Try school choirs, or local churches. Take some singing lessons, coz they have connections. Or u can try take up volunteering. We once put up a small charity show on the street, with dances and stuff. Just go out there and sing your heart out!

Build your own website on myspace.com. This will allow you to upload your own songs so people can hear them and spread the word. Excellent for networking. Good luck with your singing.

Go find you a church to sing in. Most churches have chiors that you could join, Who knows, they might even let you sing a solo or two.....You go gurl.......Sing it loud.......
