this can be a complicated process - I would suggest that you buy a programme such as nero or my favourite is Roxio easy media creator .....dont pay for the latest version you can get 7 or 8 very resonably off e bay or similar .....Roxio has a one step guide to take you through the whole process ........this is how i learnt !!!

download the file
put in a DVD(R) in the .dvd drive
download nero 7.2
and click on the burn dvd file in nero 7.2

I use DIKO, it will convert, encode and burn the file for you automatically...and it's cheap too.
